Ten-Tec RX-340

The Ten-Tex RX-340 bears a striking similarity to the Watkins-Johnson HF-1000.  Both were apparently developed in response to the same government request for proposal.  Some internal components of the RX-340 are from the RX-331, which does not have a front panel.  More details are available in this brochure and at the Ten-Tec website.  It's not inexpensive, but it's very good.

The RX-340 may be purchased from dealers including Universal Radio, DXTRA, and direct from Ten-Tec.
